Working in small groups each focused on a seperate sub-problem the task is to identify three key take-aways that can overcome the challenge\, before everyone returns to the full session and each group shares there take-aways – allowing everyone to have access to a selection of key ideas that they can put into place in their own organisation. \nDuration: One hour \nSubset problems we will be addressing: \n\nHow do we identify the rising stars in our workforce? What are the key attributes we should look for?\nHow do we ensure those entering management are given a broad understanding of wider business operations?\nHow can we ensure that those service leaders we develop stay within the business?\nWhat are the three key skills that we wish we had been taught when we started our roles as service leaders?\n\n
