Working in small groups each focused on a seperate sub-problem the task is to identify three key take-aways that can overcome the challenge\, before everyone returns to the full session and each group shares there take-aways – allowing everyone to have access to a selection of key ideas that they can put into place in their own organisation. \n  \nDuration: One hour \n  \nSubset problems we will be addressing: \n  \n\nWhat does a pathway to progression look like for engineers and technicians?\nHow do we motivate our engineers on a day to day basis?\nWhat can we do to build community amongst our field service workforces?\nWho needs to be involved in driving a sense of belonging in the field workforce?\n\n\n
