Working in small groups each focused on a seperate sub-problem the task is to identify three key take-aways that can overcome the challenge\, before everyone returns to the full session and each group shares there take-aways – allowing everyone to have access to a selection of key ideas that they can put into place in their own organisation. \nDuration: One hour \nSubset problems we will be addressing: \n\nWhat are the three most important questions we need to better understand our customers value perceptions?\nHow can we get closer to our customers to help them succeed?\nHow do we approach developing new service offerings that are aligned with our customer needs?\nHow do we work alongside our colleagues in sales to achieve better harmony between service and sales?
