The Field Service News Symposium is much more than the average conference. It is an environment where good ideas flourish and collectively we work together to drive service excellence across the many different industries that field service inhabits.

 

Our focus is on collective idea sharing, collaborative brainstorming and guided peer-to-peer learning across a structured days of workshops, debate and discussions. 

 

Due to the intimate format however, space is limited so do not hesitate to secure your place today. 

The agenda for the 2022 Symposium will be finalised three months prior to the event to ensure that the discussions are current. We will also be speaking with all symposium members who have signed up before this point to ask for your input, ensuring that the discussions, debates and workshops are tailored to our members needs. As a taster though, the last years agenda is below…

Day One

10am – 11am – Think Tank Live: Panel and group discussion on the topic “What is the leap from Customer Satisfaction to Customer Success?

 

11am – 12pm  – Coffee & Refreshments served in the Expo

12pm – 1pm – Ask Me Anything Roundtables:

  • First Session: Service Supply Chain
  • Second Session: Frictionless Field Service

 

1pm – 2pm – Complimentary lunch served in the 1882 suite.

 

2pm – 3.30pm – FSN Masterclass Workshops:

 

  • Effective KPI Benchmarking
  • Cracking the Value Iceberg

 

3.30pm – 4.30 pm – Coffee & Refreshments served in the Expo

 

4.30pm – 5.30pm – CrowdThink – a unique session where the whole Symposium work in tandem to answer the question – “What is the new normal of field service and what do we need to do to adapt to it?”

Day Two

10am – 11am – FSN Research: Panel and group discussion on the topic “How important is the flow of asset data across the wider business in relation to advanced service strategies?”

 

11am – 12pm  – Coffee & Refreshments served in the Expo

 

12pm – 1pm – Ask Me Anything Roundtables:

 

  • Session 1: Using Asset Data Effectively
  • Session 2: Lean Digital Transformation

3.30pm – 4.30pm – Some final thoughts over a coffee,  beer or wine
