  1. Need to think about remote service from the strategic business perspective – so we need to understand how this can drive both service operations goals but also wider business goals. 
  2. What are we going to be looking for in terms of our remote technicians? What kind of skills sets? 
  3. How are we going to drive customer adoption? Demonstrate the key benefits? Force them to adopt?
