Servitization is a spectrum, not a journey
Kris Oldland, Editor-in-Chief and Founder, Field Service News outlines why he believes servitization should be seen as a spectrum rather than a journey.
Â
In this presentation, first given at the Field Service Forum CCE in late 2022, Oldland reflects on the many conversations he has had with key leaders in the servitization space.Â
Â
In doing so he explains why having spent more than a decade covering the topic he has come to the conclusion that while their may be a journey to reach a maturity level where you can deliver servitized elements within your service portfolio, the real destination is at a spectrum of solution offerings that can and should be adapted to customer needs.
