Firstly, while we have the biggest voice in the industry, we are a small team and our overheads are very minimal compared to our competitors so we can offer deeper discounts without hurting our own bottom line.

 

Secondly, our partnership programs are sold on an annual basis which allows us to work closely with our clients across the year, getting closer to them, making us integral into their own workflows. This annual commitment allows us to work more effectively which benefits everyone. We therefore believe that optimum rates that offer far deeper value than anyone else in the global field service sector is a fair exchange for that level of annual commitment from our partners.

When we send over data reports you will receive the following data; name, company, industry, job-title, seniority, work email, work phone, country, region and number of field service engineers in the division.

 

Our audience is generally comprised of Service Directors/VPs of Service so these will form the main bulk of the data you will receive.

If you are on any of our Partner Programs you will get access to a dedicated hub page which will have all of your data (as well as assets and campaign plan) available.

 

During a campaign data is updated on a bi-weekly basis as standard although this can be increased to weekly if required. Data from Partnership Program activities is contained on a master spreadsheet which allows for you to see where there are opportunities for cross campaign new touch points.

Technically sure, but it is not the optimum use of your marketing spend to be honest. When the demographics you are focussing on become to narrow the most cost-effective route is re-targeting via social.

We (and any magazine or event brand) are more optimally used for either targeting the job role (like you would with us) or the industry (like you would with vertical titles). Although, there will be more wastage in the latter approach. For those on our Partnership Programs we actually provide a lot of advice on guidance around how to make your marketing spend at large (i.e. not just FSN) work for you to meet your targets.

 

We can however, leverage our own regular marketing spend to nudge the campaigns of our Partner Program to help you focus on certain demographics and are always happy to do so within reason.

We limit our partnership programs each year to a select number of companies, in order to allow us to be able to fully commit to working closely with our partners on delivering market-leading content and providing regular guidance on a monthly cadence call.

 

We never bite off more than we can chew and by providing full project management are able to manage our workflow effectively for all our partners.

Absolutely! Any content we created for you, you have full global republishing rights and we actively encourage you to leverage this market-leading content as much as you can to ensure you maximise your marketing investment.

Unfortunately, if all Partnership Program places are full, then we won’t be able to offer additional places across the year. We open up booking for Partnership Programs towards the end of each calendar year and you can request to be notified when they open.

 

You can however still take advantage of our traditional advertising services we offer. In addition to this you can subscribe to our FSN Marketplace emails where we provide the opportunity for sponsorship of the presentations and papers we produce for our FSN PRO members – which is a great way of aligning your company with industry leading content.

Firstly, the Symposium program is not just an event. The in-person element of the program is one element of equal weighting to access to the online discussion groups and content creation and publication.
