The Field Service Symposium is a unique event in the field service calendar where the focus is on meaningful discussions amongst senior service leaders - with sessions designed to allow Symposium members to develop ideas that can genuinely help them drive service excellence in their organisations. Following the event a digital resource will also be created around each session at the Symposium providing members with the tools to help them take the ideas they establish at the live event from theory to practical application once they return to the office.
