- servitization has nothing to do with pandemic – its an independent tool to get closer to customer (binding)
- servitization is most successfull when including the entire value chain. This means its not just about the service portion but accross sales and service.
- I was surprised to see customer pull as main driver for offering servitization. In our young industry this does not seem to be the case.
- I totaly aggree that is takes between 1-2 years to get it going if there is dedicated team for it
- Also I agree that it is not for all customer base
- Having data to mitigate the higher risk that comes with servitization is key.
