Format:

 

Intimate discussion group of senior service leaders. We set a broad agenda and respect the experience and insight of the group to allow the discussion to move in the direction the group sees as most productive.

Format: An interactive Q&A with a panel of subject matter experts discussing the most prevalent challenges and opportunities the field service sector faces. The session will be hosted by Field Service News Editor-in-Chief, Kris Oldland with opportunity for questions from the audience.

Duration: One hour

Key questions we will be addressing:

  • Should we view servitization as a spectrum rather than a process that ultimately points to outcome-based service?
  • Has the term servitization become too diluted and lost some meaning?
  • Does servitization look different in different verticals?
  • Is part of the shifting concepts of servitization the result of us moving from customer pull to service provider push?
